REFUND POLICY
Overview
At Undo Studio, our goal is to ensure each patient is satisfied with their experience. Due to the nature of laser and aesthetic treatments, we maintain the following refund policy:
- All treatments and packages are non-refundable once purchased, even if not used. Results Not Guaranteed: While we strive for the best outcomes, results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed. Lack of desired results is not grounds for a refund.
- Packages & Prepaid Treatments
All prepaid packages are non-refundable. However, if a treatment is purchased but later deemed unsafe or unsuitable by our Medical Director, or by your physician supported by documentation, a refund may be issued at specialists’ discretion.
