Cancellation, No-Show & Studio Policies
Your time is valuable. So is mine. Let’s practice mutal respect of each others’ time.
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. Last-minute cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows don’t just create inconvenience — they directly impact a service provider’s ability to earn a living. We don’t get paid unless you show up and we perform our amazing service.
Barring an emergency, I will also provide ample notice to you, should any scheduling issues arise on my end.
Life happens – I get it.
But modern technology gives us the tools to manage our schedules responsibly. I send reminders providing a few opportunities for rescheduling or cancelling, PRIOR to your appointment. There is almost no excuse these days to blow off appointments and I truly appreciate clients who respect that time is a shared resource.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment only when proper notice is given.
This policy isn’t personal, it’s a professional necessity.
Late Arrival Policy
Appointments run on a set schedule to respect all clients and their time.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
• If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
• Late arrivals do not receive discounted pricing or extended time.
Please plan accordingly; traffic, parking, and “one last thing” delays are part of adult scheduling. Please communicate with me.
Strike Policy
To be fair to both my business and the clients waiting for available appointments:
• Two (2) no-shows = no future bookings.
Once two no-shows occur, the client will no longer be eligible to book appointments at the studio. This policy is firm and non-negotiable.
Right to Refuse Service
Your safety and comfort matter. So does mine.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Client discomfort or lack of cooperation
• Unrealistic expectations
• Health or skin concerns
• Inappropriate behavior
• Or simply bad vibes
If something doesn’t feel right, I trust my professional judgment and gut instinct.
Guest Policy
Due to the nature of lasers and their inherent danger-factor, 1 adult guest that is mature enough to follow directions may be present. Safety goggles will be worn by all persons in the studio while treatments are taking place. Removing goggles before treatment is done and laser is secured, may result in damage to eyes/eyesight. Your guest will take full responsibility for their own actions and the consequences thereof. Children will not be allowed in the studio. There is a sitting area close by, should you have someone with you that may supervise in said sitting area. Failure to make arrangements for children prior to appointment may result in a last minute cancellation and the fees that come with.
